Windows 7 is predominantly the best OS ever in the history of Microsoft. But, do you that it has a GodMode within it ?
Here is a hidden “GodMode” feature that lets users access all of the operating system’s control panels from within a single folder.

To enter “GodMode,” one need only create a new folder and then rename the folder to the following:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

How to detect viruses easily?

Hi guys i have talked about many tips about windows xp/vista/7 and today i am going to tell you about a trick to detect viruses in your computer. It is simple and fast. Just follow the steps below:

1- Go to start-run-command

2- Write cd.. (notice the tow dots) and press enter

write cd.. (again) and press enter

3- Write (cd windows) and press enter

4- Write (cd system32) and press enter

5- Write (setup) and enter

If you get that message

(Please switch to the control panel to install components and systems composition)

Then that means your pc is clean.

The idea here is the (setup) file which is located within (system32) is shut down when your pc infected and open when your pc is not infected because most viruses shut down all system.exe extensions.

I’ve tried it and it worked!

Activate Windows 7 Ultimate with OEM SLP Master Product Key

Hackers are back in action again and this time they managed to crack Windows 7 Ultimate edition. Now anyone can activate Windows 7 ultimate edition using a master product key. This master product key will activate Windows 7 Ultimate offline and it will pass Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) validation. This is indeed a great news since many people were exited to try their hands on Windows 7 much before it’s release date. This OEM-SLP product key and OEM certificate for Windows 7 Ultimate has been leaked from a Chinese forum.
Hackers managed to crack Windows 7 Ultimate by extracting the OEM certificate and OEM product key. OEM (Original Equipment Manufactures) certificate is digitally signed by Microsoft with its own Private Key with OEM Public Key and OEMID (part of SLIC table in BIOS). Till now everyone were searching for a Windows 7 crack to get it activated permanently and this cracked product key works like a charm since it activates your copy offline and eliminates WGA notifications.

Product key that has been extracted by hackers and has been working perfectly on all Windows 7 Ultimate editions is 22TKD-F8XX6-YG69F-9M66D-PMJBM. You can use this key to activate Windows 7 Ultimate system that has already been installed on your system, which BIOS has a valid OEM SLIC 2.1, and corresponding OEM cert. This cracked masterproduct key is able to activate many OEM brands like HP, Dell, MSI and Lenovo.
This product key works with both 32 bit (x86) and 64 bit (x64) computers. After this cracked product key, it’s expected to see more Windows 7 loaders, Windows 7 activation toolkit or Windows 7 cracks in near future.

Keyboard Shortcuts For Windows 7

Keyboard shortcuts are always useful; they have made our job easier. I just can’t imagine using my computer without shortcuts. Well, now that Windows 7 Beta is out and millions of people have already downloaded it, it’s time to know Windows 7 keyboard shortcuts. Here’s a list of the new Windows 7 keyboard shortcut keys to improve your productivity and speed.

Here is the List :

Most Windows 7 keyboard shortcuts mimic the behavior when dragging and dropping windows in the new operating system. Here is the list in case you like to use the keyboard instead of the mouse.

Win+UP Arrow :- Maximize the current window

Win+Down Arrow :- If the current window is maximized, restore it; if the current window is restored, minimize it

Win+Left Arrow :- Dock the current window to the left half of the screen

Win+Right Arrrow :- Dock the current window to the right half of the screen

Win+Home :- Minimize all but the current window

Win+P :- Open the projection menu (generally used for laptops connected to projectors)

Alt+F4 :- Close the active window

Alt+Tab :- Switch to previous active window

Alt+Esc :- Cycle through all open windows

Win+Tab :- Flip 3D

Ctrl+Win+Tab :- Persistent Flip 3D

Win+T :- Cycle through applications on taskbar (showing its live preview)

Win+M :- Minimize all open windows

Win+Shift+M :- Undo all window minimization

Win+D :- Toggle showing the desktop

How To Disable Sticky Keys Popup Dialog

Hi friends, In windows Operating Systems, one of the irritating feature is “Sticky keys” alert (appearance of dialog). when we play games or working on some interesting software, It will be raised due to the continuous pressing(5times faster) of sticky keys(SHIFT, CTRL & ALT).you can disable this alert.

Go to control panel–>Ease of Access Center
from that select Make the keyboard easier to use
Then uncheck the check boxes “Turn on Filter Keys” and “Turn on Sticky Keys“. It means that the alert is currently not active. But it will come,when you press the keys.
To avoid that, you have to go to “Set up Filter Keys” and “Set up Sticky Keys”
At ‘Set up Filter keys dialog’, uncheck the “Turn on Filter Keys when right SHIFT is pressed for 8 seconds“
At ‘Set up Sticky keys dialog’,uncheck the “Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times”
Now the Sticky/Filter keys pop-up dialog is disabled.

Windows 7 Theme For Firefox

As per my choice, Firefox is the No 1 Browser in the world and millions of users are using it since more than 3years. In firefox out of the box has a very grey and boring theme, that doesn’t sit well with Windows 7, but this can be improved by installing this Firefox theme for Windows 7. The Windows 7 theme currently only works with Firefox 3.5, but full 3.6 support will probably be added once its beta is over.

To install just download the file and copy the userChrome.css in this archive to %appdata%/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles//and reopen Firefox. To get the Aero Glass effect you also need to install the Firefox Addon Glasser.

Enable the (Hidden) Administrator Account on Windows 7 or Vista

Many people familiar with prior versions of Windows are curious what happened to the built-in Administrator account that was always created by default. Does this account still exist, and how can you access it?
The account is created in Windows 7 or Vista, but since it’s not enabled you can’t use it. If you are troubleshooting something that needs to run as administrator, you can enable it with a simple command.

Note: You really shouldn’t use this account for anything other than troubleshooting. In fact, you probably shouldn’t use it at all.
Enable Built-in Administrator Account
First you’ll need to open a command prompt in administrator mode by right-clicking and choosing “Run as administrator” (or use the Ctrl+Shift+Enter shortcut from the search box)

Run Command Prompt as Administrator

Now type the following command:

net user administrator /active:yes

The Command Completed Successfully

You should see a message that the command completed successfully. Log out, and you’ll now see the Administrator account as a choice. (Note that the screenshots are from Vista, but this works on Windows 7 too)

You’ll note that there’s no password for this account, so if you want to leave it enabled you should change the password.
Disable Built-in Administrator Account
Make sure you are logged on as your regular user account, and then open an administrator mode command prompt as above. Type the following command:

net user administrator /active:no

The Command Completed Successfully

The administrator account will now be disabled, and shouldn’t show up on the login screen anymore.

How to enable Hibernation In Windows 7?

Using Windows 7 since the past couple of days, I felt it strange that it didn’t have the usual hibernation option. So, I decided to check whether they are completely removed the Hibernation option or it had to be started manually. I tried manually, and it worked
In Windows 7, it is complicated to enable the Hibernation option as compared to XP or Vista. So, we need to do it manually.
Enabling Hibernation In Windows 7 Through Power Options
1. Go to Control Panel and click on Change when the computer sleeps.

After that just click on Choose Advanced Power Settings. This is when the Advanced Settings dialog box will popup. You can notice that in the category there is Sleep and under that is Hibernate. Expand Hibernate and then choose the time period of hibernation

Enable Hibernation In Windows 7 via Command Prompt
1. Go to RUN and type CMD in the dialog box provided.
2. Now type the following command exactly as given :

powercfg.exe /hibernate on

3. To disable hibernation, just use the following command :

powercfg.exe /hibernate off

Use any of the methods to enable it. But I don’t understand the logic of the Microsoft coders to hide such an important update. Hope they make some useful changes in the Service Pack 1.
